The selection process
We listen to people in their present, but it is their future that we wish to design and it is their potential that we evaluate. When we talk about the future, we mean the project of professional growth. When we talk about potential, we mean the ability to learn and manage change.
Why do we do it? Because we invest in people and the team.
There are at least two selection interviews: the first aimed at sharing background, experiences, soft skills, and real motivations to work in our teams; the second is a space dedicated to assessing technical and business skills. We are often pleased to have you meet other FAR colleagues and managers as well.
