Are you a person, graduated even with little experience, who wants to learn the logistics and warehouse processes of a medium-sized IT Company? Very well, you could join the Back Office Administration to become a Specialist - in the area of Purchasing, Logistics and Warehouse dealing with the

  • Shipment management and scheduling.
  • warehouse management, including upgrades in information management system (ERP).
  • Progress of purchase orders and invoices payable in ERP.

You will bring your sense of responsibility and autonomy, with an organized approach and desire to work with other people. We are a team, working towards a common goal.

For the role, it makes sense for you to work in attendance all week at our Offices in Cernusco, moving independently between the two locations 2 km away (Strada Padana and Villa Fiorita). Preferably, you can drive to work. Even in attendance, our smart way of working remains: by goals, asking questions, figuring out the best way to do things. To support you in your personal commitments and passions, we will consider part-time work (80%- 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.)

We are not looking for the Incredible Hulk, but in your job you will have to lift weights.

Depending on your experience, we will offer you either an internship with the purpose of employment or an employment contract.

  • Shipment management and scheduling.
    • Receipt and sorting of incoming goods, including verification of the integrity of incoming goods (where possible).
    • Preparing, packing, and sending goods out. Person removes products from the warehouse, places them in the loading area, and prepares shipments. Makes sure all goods are ready at the scheduled time.
    • Compilation of delivery/collection documents, using management software (DDT sale, rental, vision, returns, etc.).
    • Organizing couriers for pickup and delivery (booking vehicles with various carriers.
    • Active search for new carriers/couriers for rate optimization and transportation solution.
  • Warehouse management.
    • Inventory management and warehouse organization in ERP.
    • Monthly/quarterly inventory and stock report preparation for accounting.
    • Small warehouse handling and packing goods with availability for physical/manual labor.
  • Advance purchase orders and invoices.
    • Checking invoices received and their progress for accounting.
    • Support for recording invoices payable.
    • Order management and invoice control related to office overhead.
